“This is my 3rd or 4th stay at the Copacabana Palace ... it gets better and better each time ... the service is impeccable ... as a returning guest, I had waiting for me in my room a lovely note from the manager -- and since my plane was delayed by more than 5 hours, the staff had provided me a late night snack of fresh fruit. Lovely. Can't recommend the hotel enough.”

“Copacabana palace is an icon hotel that disapoints.Needs refurbishement of rooms,that are old decorated and not exciting.Also service is just ok,far away from beeing excelent.Wonderfull place not fully used,deserves much better and some investment.”

“It's the grand lady of hotels in the city. It doesn't have the edge of the Fasano (or thankfully the wanna be showmanship of its guests) but it has substance and more traditional refined appeal. It has much history, a great location, and last but not least for me, the best pool possible. The room was also quite spacious and we enjoyed the proportions and great ceiling heights.”
