6. “With all the positive reviews that I saw for this hotel, I must say I was slightly underwhelmed. The women at the front desk were wonderful, not so the men. The ladies were very helpful in providing directions and advise, the men were just business-like. Two nights out of three, chocolates were only left for one person. When we enquired, the front desk said they thought only one person was staying in the room. Funny that both beds were turned down though. It was nice to have the coffee/espresso machine always available. Breakfast was very nice also.”
