“My husband and I stayed here for one night before our flight out of Portland and we loved it. We asked for a "quiet room" and didn't have any complaints about noise. The staff was really nice, the parking is convenient and breakfast at the Doug Fir was great. When we ordered a sandwich to go, the waiter guessed we were taking it on our flight and had the kitchen pack it with that in mind. We had left one complaint on our comment card and received a call within the week by the manager thanking us for staying and letting us know that they were checking the room and fixing the problem.”
