“Pershing Hall is perfect for a romantic break, the location is second to none for discovering Paris. The front staff are excellent as is their English, which made me feel a little ignorant with my GSCE French. My only complaint would be the service in the Bar. We stayed over the weekend, so it was their busiest time, but they did seem to leave us waiting for a good 10-15 minutes before serving us. Maybe we weren't pretty enough!!”

“My room at Pershing Hall was beautiful... i enjoyed the afternoon on my private terrace facing the vertical garden. The food from room service was delicious and prompt.”

“The room was fine and the service on the whole good. The problem was regarding the noise factor. The restaurant-bar runs until 2am and is held in an open courtyard in good weather. The higher grade rooms open onto the courtyard. The noise factor can be almost completely eliminated by closing the retractable roof. On one night we requested the roof be closed and our request was satisfied but received with sarcasm. I would suggest that the roof be closed as a policy ~11pm to allow the hotel guests more peace. We would not book this hotel again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“The breakfast and room service needs to be of better quality at Pershing Hall, otherwise its a good place. The attention to detail of the breakfast is important. They don't even have teapots for tea! Quality here doesn't cost much more but makes a huge difference.”

“bad service; won't answer calls from my room for half hour; busy catering to the partying crowd in the ground floor; vibrations of high music reaching my room on 4th floor; didn't get an answer from staff on a simple request of an address in paris; got it myself from web. generally v. disappointing.”
