“This was a well-situated hotel, with exceptional service and friendly staff. The front desk and especially the concierges were terrific -- good recommendations and they were interested in what we thought of their suggestions.Rooms were sophisticated. Breakfast was very nice.”

“The staff at Le Germain was absolutely fantastic. We booked a last minute trip to Montreal and didn't realize that it was the weekend of the 'Grey Cup'-- basically the Super Bowl Canadian Football. So we were actually very lucky to find this room. The concierge even got us a last minute reservation for a great dinner at Le Club Chasse et Peche. Everyone was incredibly friendly and we got some fantastic suggestions for places to go around town.The hotel breakfast (which was included in the price of the room) was also really great. A full assortment of breads, sweets, eggs, etc. The hotel also has these great espresso machines in the lobby that are always available to make a perfect cup.”
