The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the afternoon wine and cheese was a welcome prelude to the evening. Obvise regarding site seeing, restaurant selection, and directions was right on target. I would certainly return to this hotel again.”

“We were extraordinarily surprised by the wonderful complimentary breakfast every morning. This was a very enjoyable way to begin our day. The lobby area was very comfortable and therefore lended itself to visiting and relaxing there vs. going to your room. The espresso machine was a complete blessing!”

“A wonderful hotel -- we had a fabulous room overlooking the Rue St. Paul (we'd go for this over the river view any day!). The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, couldn't fault them on anything. Breakfast was a wonderful treat, as was the wine and cheese cocktail hour. We would definitely stay here again.”

“There are several excellent qualities to the Auberge du Vieux-Port. For example, their jacuzzi tubs really are big enough to enjoy (even with two people!). The setting is beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful, and the common areas and rooms are far above average. Service during breakfast proved spotty nearly every day, however, and at night a fair amount of noise can be heard from the promenade outside. Finally, there is little control of room temperature, which I consider a basic amenity. These issues, however, are trifling, when compared with the overall quality of our stay.”
