2. “What didn't we like about the hotel! It made us realise that what makes the difference between an good hotel and a great hotel is the people that provide the service. Reid's provided simply the best service that we have experienced anywhere. It has old world style rather than cutting edge design - but give us the former any day if the service is this good.”
