“Service was good, we felt welcome and were well looked after. The room was bigger than expected and the services all reflective of a five-star hotel. The special package deal with massages, pedicure, breakfast and afternoon tea made our stay there an experience we plan to repeat regularly.”

“Wow! what an awesome hotel, my cousin and i stayed in Kuala Lumpur for 3 days on our way back from Australia after slumming it in backpackers lodges for 6 weeks. The service in the hotel was excelent, the staff were really friendly and could not do enough for you, the rooms were of a excelent quality with a stunning view of the Petronas Towers and it was great to sleep in a really comfortable bed for the first time in a long time! overall i would recommend anybody to stay at the Mandarin Oriental as it made our Kuala Lumpur expirience all the more pleasurable.”

“I found the stay at the Mandarin excellent - an old world hotel that has retained its integrity whilst providing a modern service. The service was first class and the staff made all the difference - especially the pool staff and cafe staff. Check in was quick and efficient and the standard of cleanliness and room make up was great. Perhaps could have done better for price but in all other categories terrific.”
