Our room was very large and nicely decorated. The shower was really large and had a rainshower faucet. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the surroundings were very quiet.

The hotel was clean, had a great breakfast, staff was very friendly and able to give good directions and recommendations for the area. They have a shuttle service to and from the train station that is very helpful.

Funky decor kept the mood light, great steaks coming out of the Kitchen, good bar atmosphere

(this review might be slightly influenced by the fact that we arrived to the una vittoria after having stayed 5 days in the bulgari hotel in milan, which is run by ritz carlton) the una hotel vittoria is the perfect example how not to do it. chain hotel invests money into the "boutique hotel style" and unfortunately does not invest the time into training the personel up to a suitable standard. everything smells chain and corporate. the oh so friendly reception (oh mister poeschl, how was your trip) does neither remember you face nor your roomnumber 15 minutes later. the very praised restaurant did serve the worst grilled fish i ever had (overcooked and cold, the vegetables were microwaved leftovers) and eventhough i did not touch the fish explaining why, i was charged for the dish. if you want to play fancy hotel, then you better have a look at the rules. and maybe put the guest first and not a fancy look with no substance behinde.
