1. “Apparently JOSEF is an acronym for Joy Of Serving Excellent Food. In this intimate, eclectic interior, the concept is that you choose between two and four tapas-sized dishes. The cooking is delicious and the staff are fun. Not for bankers or luxury-goods retailers, this is alternative Zürich.”
