“Mathias Dahlgren Restaurant an exclusive Swedish cuisine located in Grand Hotel Stockholm. The restaurant is divided into two complementary areas – Matsalen for à la carte dining set in a warm, soft and intimate atmosphere and the more informal Matbaren with elegant ambiance. A new menu is presented on a daily basis offering the customers fresh local and global ingredients and products of the day. Great selection of wines and drinks.”

“It’s good. No, erase that. It’s great.I'd put it in the premium category, awarded with one Michelin star and all, but it's far from stuffy and posh. In my opinion the concept for Matbaren is one of the most well working ever in this segment.It's the food, first and foremost, but it's also the wonderful staff and the interior, (Ilse Crawford's genius have worked wonders with this place). Together they create a laidback and very enjoyable atmosphere.”
