“If you have a chance go to DB Bistro Moderne. The dining room is wonderful (both the front and back), modern but not fussy. They have simply the most wonderful hamburger on the planet. All of my friends who live in NYC wanted to know if I had tried the burger, as they said it is the best in NYC hands down. I most certainly did while I was there, and all I can say is unbelievable.”

“Daniel Boulud's Vancouver outpost of his great restaurant did not disappoint. Great food, great wine list and cocktails made for an enjoyable evening. While SLIGHTLY over-priced for the quality of food, it is still a great evening for a special occasion.”

“An excellent outpost of Daniel Boulud's chain, this restaurant is perfect for pre-show meal. You haven't tried a burger until you've tried one at DB Bistro Moderne, but that's not the only thing on the menu worth eating. The salmon tartar, tarte flambée, and the escargot and chicken oyster fricassee are all delicious! Fantastic wine and cocktail list as well.”
