1. “Formerly a banking hall, now an haute cuisine restaurant and brassiere, this is just 5 minutes from Threadneedles. It is pricey but has an excellent combination of award winning food, great fish and shellfish selection, meat and poultry and options for vegetarians. Formal but relaxed dining.”
